For customers seeking an exchange, we will process a refund for the existing order to facilitate the purchase of the correct item.
Please note that we cannot accept any returns without prior authorization, and any return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. You will be notified of the refund approval status. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase or using an agreed method.
